Higher Education

Since our founding in 1987, Schreiber Starling & Lane Architects has been providing almost continuous design services for community and technical colleges and other institutions of higher education. We have a full range of campus planning experience including facilities programming and conditions assessments, analysis and planning for campus-wide infrastructure systems, capital improvement program and development cost analysis, campus traffic and parking needs analysis, environmental assessment, community coordination and information dissemination, and regulatory approval management. In addition, our community and technical college experience runs the spectrum of project types and sizes including planning, predesign, budget requests, minor repair, minor remodel, major replacement, and new construction.
